Cleanroom Procedure
When entering a cleanroom it is important to wash your hands and remove excess dirt before doing anything else. After that, put on shoe covers, donning gloves, and apply bouffant than you are ready to enter the gowning area.
In the gowning area apply your cleanroom gear and walk over a cleanroom tack mat before entering the cleanroom area. It is important to never let clean surfaces contact dirty ones.

Our Gowning Bench meets cleanroom gowning procedures prior to entering a cleanroom or controlled environment. Our gowning bench is available with a stainless steel or electropolished finish. It is sold with widths of 9” or 12”. It also has a 500-pound capacity.
The bench attaches to the floor easily with footplates and features 14 GA steel construction with a 17” overall height. The wire gowning bench is a more economical option available for our customers. It is ideal for less demanding environments or during construction as the room is brought into clean. It offers 62% laminar flow. We also have under shelves and dividers available.
Gowning racks also come with stainless steel or electropolished construction for the most demanding environments. Stainless steel often is enough to do the trick though with a non-contaminating surface that eliminates particle shedding.
Economical gowning racks are also an option. They provide storage specifically designed for gowning in less demanding environments in chrome-plated steel as well as electropolished stainless steel models.
Gowning accessories include hanger bar kits, garment hanger tubes, electropolished posts, and polymer stem casters.
Aluminum DC Powered Quicklift
This aluminum lift can be used in cleanroom environments. It features a fully programmable state-of-the-art motor controller that allows for multiple adjustments to fit your needs. All lift components are concealed in the lift column, so there are no dangerous pinch points.
The lift is virtually maintenance-free and includes an onboard charger. The efficient and quiet screw design uses less power per pound to lift. It rolls on 3” X 1 ½” polyurethane wheels. @ wheels are swivel and 2 are locking. The product also comes with optional detachable hand control.
