A Plus Warehouse has a variety of different balers available to our customers. They serve different purposes and come in different styles, sizes, and capacities.
How Does it Work?
There are a few steps to ensure your baler works as it should.
1-Make sure you are filling appropriate waste into the baler. Don’t put textile into a non-textile baler for example.
2- A light goes off to indicate the chamber is full.
3-Tie off and eject finished bale.
4-The final step is to remove the bale and place it in the desired location.
If you work in a warehouse, odds are you have dealt with overflowing garbage. Balers quickly crush items and finish them with a tie-off when ejecting from the baler. Crushing bulk items makes for more space in the dumpster.
Galvanized Baler
Check out the baler in the video below. It is perfect for manufacturing, golf courses, and hotels. It has a pressing force of 53,000 pounds and an automatic bale eject safety mechanism. The light flashes when baler is full. The machine takes aluminum and tin cans as well as PET bottles.
