Use
Each operator closes the release valve, inserts the pump handle, and jacks the load up off the floor. To lower the load, each operator opens the release valve and lowers the load to the floor. Then just attach the included load binder and tighten. Close the release valve and insert the handle into the pump to raise the load high enough to clear the floor.
