We will be answering some frequently asked questions and reviewing some of our more popular products. Let’s get into it!
Bar Rack
Bar racks are available at A Plus Warehouse to handle your bar and pipe stock. The racks are commonly used in day-to-day operations. They keep your bars and pipes organized and out of your way. The horizontal storage rack is a convenient and easy way to horizontally store bars and pipes. This product also prevents roll-off and features a compact design to save space. Loading and unloading is available from three sides. Check out the video below! It is easy to assemble and use.
If you’d rather store bars vertically, we have the solution for you. The vertical storage rack comes fully welded and has lag points. We suggest ordering the bolt kit for the appropriate fasteners. Each of the four openings can hold 1,500 pounds of stock.
Can Rack
If you need to organize cans, you need a can rack. We specialize in can racks for busy kitchens. Both time and space are limited in a kitchen, so you need an efficient and flexible solution.
Our 72 can capacity mobile can rack with stainless steel top is great for individuals working in food service. Stainless steel is always popular! The mobile can rack also includes 5-inch polyurethane casters for easy and smooth-rolling. This rack can store 72 #10 cans, and 96 #5 cans.
Our 156 can capacity FIFO can rack replaces more traditional shelving. It saves a great deal of space. FIFO stands for first in, first out. It is great for front-loading and is easy to stock. It can hold 13 #10 cans per set of runners. It is made of all-welded high-strength aluminum.
Stacking Rack
When your loading requirements vary day to day, a stacking rack might be right for you! They offer more flexibility and are a lower-cost option than traditional pallet racks.
When ordering stacking racks, we highly recommend filling out the A Plus Warehouse stacking rack design form. Some questions asked include:
What type of decking do you need?
What size platform do you need?
What clear height do you need between levels?
Other questions include capacity, the total number of decks, deck separators, and general contact information.
Our versa racks are versatile, efficient, and durable. It features a four-way fork entry and has a 4,000-pound capacity. Posts can be non-removable or removable. Units with no posts are also available and are great for the top level. We also offer units with no posts or sockets. These units are great for when the rack is sitting on its own. We also have a mobile option available. The usable height is adjustable in 1” increments from 11 ¼” to 17 ¼”.
Another popular option for the stacking rack is the portable stacking rack. This product increases versatility and mobility. They can even make your pallet rack portable. Simply slip the cart base corners into the matching corners of your pallet rack unit.
Cantilever Rack
Cantilever racks are especially popular in the warehouse. They are designed to store those awkward, bulky, and long items such as lumber. Bar racks, discussed earlier are a specific type of cantilever rack.
We also have a cantilever design form to make the ordering process simple. At A Plus Warehouse, we know our cantilever racking! There are a few things we need to figure out before designing your perfect cantilever rack including:
Do you need single- or double-sided uprights?
What type of arms and what capacity do you need?
Do you need arm lips?
What are you storing?
The heavy-duty cantilever racks by component page is popular and easily customizable. It is a popular midrange capacity rack. It is made with pride in the USA. Many different options are available. Don’t hesitate to ask your sales representative for assistance!
The galvanized lumber rack by component is the perfect cantilever rack for outdoor use. We highly recommend our 12” arm stoppers with 9” exposed height. When ordering a 36-inch arm, make sure to order the upright for 36” arm use, same with the 48” arm.
Literature Rack
If you have been to a waiting room, you have likely seen a literature rack. Literature racks often store small pamphlets, magazines, and books for individuals in a waiting room. Our literature racks enhance the customer experience and also are a great way to organize the office.
Our wooden literature organizers are made from durable ¾” furniture-grade compressed wood. The hardboard shelves can hold up to 750 sheets. Individual compartment shelves can be removed. Choose between 24, 36, and 60 compartments.

Pallet Rack
Pallet racks are commonly seen in warehouses. They are popular sellers at A Plus Warehouse. They provide the storage you can rely on. With pallet racks, you have high-capacity storage for your heaviest pallet loads!
Our pallet rack design form makes ordering racking easy. Questions on the form include:
How many starters and adders do you need?
Do you need wire decking?
What is your desired capacity per level?
When ordering pallet racking it is important to understand starters and adders. A starter is a whole unit that can stand on its own whereas an adder shares a side with a starter and cannot stand on its own. For example, a row of 10 racks requires 1 starter and 9 adders.
The teardrop pallet rack by component is an A Plus Warehouse recommendation. This product features maximum security and stability. It is roll-formed with a polyurethane finish. The lock automatically snaps into place and secures the beam.
Skinny Pallet Racks are popular as well. As the name suggests, the uprights for this rack are very narrow. However, they are also available in the typical 42 and 48-inch deep variety. Wire decking is available as an option.
For the Warehouse
A Plus Warehouse has what you need for the warehouses- it is in our name! Many different racks can be used as warehouse racks, including bar racks, reel racks, and more. We have the heavy-duty racking you need for warehouse operations.
Our bulk storage rack is ideal for use in the warehouse. It saves users time and money. It is great for storing bulk items and is available with particleboard and wire mesh decking. The standard unit has two shelves, however, extra shelves are available. The unit comes standard with 3” step beams.
The rivet rack is a great rack at a great price. The basic unit is 7 feet tall and includes 3 levels. The unit is available with particle board, wire deck, or no decking at all. Center supports are available but not required for the capacities shown.
Decking is commonly seen on racks. But how do you know what type of decking to purchase or if you even need decking at all? Wire mesh decking is the more popular decking. This is because it is more durable than particle board and is great for airflow. However, particleboard is less money and does the trick when air flow doesn’t concern you. Decking is needed when you have items smaller than a pallet that would otherwise fall through the rack.
Reel Rack
We have a large supply of reel racks for our customers to choose from. Each is a different height, material, and size. Inventory management is essential. Putting away and organizing cable reels is possible with the help of reel racks. They save you time and money.
Our cable reel rack is ideal for storing bulky cable reels. The rack has a 10,000-pound capacity per frame and the bracket capacity is 2,000 pounds. The unit also includes axle brackets. Customers can choose between 3 and 4 levels.
The reel caddy is an easy and convenient mobile reel rack. It can also be used in the horizontal or vertical position. It also includes (3) 1 1/16” diameter axles with 14” max reel diameter and (8) ¾” diameter axles with 7” max reel diameter. The unit features 6” diameter semi-pneumatic wheels and a 43 ½” high handle.
Storage Racks
Racks can be used to store most anything!
The sheet storage rack is a unique rack used to store sheet metal. It is often used with vacuum lifts, hoists, and forklifts. It has a 5,500-shelf capacity and shelves extend a full 100% on 4 roller bearings. Place this product by fabrication machinery and eliminate the need for a forklift. This also reduces the chance of workplace injuries.

Mobile Racks
