The Company ships FOB Origin. Title to property transfers to the customer when the shipper signs the bill of lading

The Company does our best to keep up with pricing, but the pricing is subject to change without notice- and can be incorrect in some rare cases. In the case of an inaccurate price, we will reach out to the customer for approval before processing the order.

Some categories of products are non-Returnable and returnable items are subject to restocking charges

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed ship times. 

We do not honor penalty clauses - but we do our best to fill orders just as quickly as possible

A stellar D&B Paydex rating is required to have a line of credit with The Company.

The customer is responsible for paying all collection related expenses 

The Company accepts credit card payments when billing and shipping addresses match

The Company does NOT accept credit card payments for international orders
