If you are looking for a jib crane with great flexibility, consider a foundationless jib crane. These cranes are easy to relocate and are ideal for smaller work areas. It is important to note existing concrete must be a minimum of 12” thick and reinforced with minimum of 3,000 PSI. Soil pressure must support 2,500 PSF, and concrete in and around the area must be in good condition with no cracks. Anchors must have an embedment of at least 10”. Grout is also highly recommended under the base plate to level the mast. Safety is a must with jib cranes.
