Our texting has just gotten an upgrade! Back in December of 2018, we introduced texting. You can check out that blog here. This gave customers the opportunity to receive order statuses and confirmations via text. This became a popular option.
Our texting is now easier to use. The blue icon on the right-hand corner is hard to miss. It will pop up in the corner asking customers if they have any questions. We want to help our customers understand the ordering processing and products they may be interested in.
We now send discounts via text for future orders as well. However, we do not spam you! It is also very easy to unsubscribe from our text marketing list.
Texting has proven to be a great feature for A Plus Warehouse texting. We realize that many people may not check their emails constantly, and it is easy for an email to get lost. However, it is a bit more difficult to lose track of a text message! You can count on A Plus Warehouse to help you with your material handling needs.
